Judge Serko Goes Unchallenged

At the close of the filing deadline on Friday July 28th no challengers had filed to run against the judge.  A strong and visible pre-filing campaign along with substantial support and endorsements by many prominent groups and individuals seems to have dissuaded any potential challengers.  In addition Judge Serko emerged as a formidable incumbent since in her tenure on the bench she has quickly garnered the respect and admiration of her colleagues and by those who have appeared before her.  Judge Serko wishes to thank all her supporters and in particular her campaign committee for their efforts on her behalf.
